Emma Hersh is a communications, organizational development, virtual engagement, and gender equity consultant and trainer with almost 20 years of experience.

Her prior client work includes leading projects for World Bank Group, Apple, Pathfinder International, Federal Highway Administration, Vital Voices Global Partnership, Theirworld, and the Westside Development Corporation, among others across the corporate, non-profit, multilateral, and government sectors.

While at Vital Voices, Emma served as lead architect in the design, development, and implementation of the VVLead Fellowship Program – a three-year, $2.5 million initiative funded by the UK government's Department for International Development (DfID) that evidenced the 72:1 multiplier effect of investing in women. During her leadership of the program, Vital Voices received top DfID ratings (A++) in multiple rigorous annual reviews.

Emma earned her BA from Trinity University (TX), MPA from New York University, Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
